Angel Ornaments Benefitting the Forney Food Pantry

Many of my friends and family are in the public education field as teachers, nurses, administrators, and paraprofessionals. I had the privilege of personally working alongside several for almost the entire past decade too. Constantly witnessing beautiful heroic unspoken deeds of kindness and compassion daily, it was inspiring to say the least. I saw angels every day in the schools I worked at, giving of their own time and even their own money to help students whose only safe place, their only daily meal, their only emotional and physical comfort was in the rooms of their school building for the day.

Thinking of my angel friends and family who step up every day for so many precious students, some of whom are neglected, abused, hungry, and even homeless. I've hand-painted a limited amount of one-of-a-kind abstract angel ornaments, 4x4 acrylic on canvas, to sell with 100% of the profit going to my city's food bank! Having donated my art to various non-profit organizations for over 20 years now, I'm excited to try doing so in an online store format for the first time ever!

November and December are the hardest months for food banks. This year is especially hard for people in need.
